IntegraSpec® wins the inaugural
ICFA International Excellence Award 2007
This prestigious award was presented for the
most outstanding ICF project built outside the United States and
Canada for a 3 story apartment building in Niigata, Japan. The award was accepted by Ikarashi Construction Industries
Company Ltd, located in Niigata City, Japan.
IntegraSpec's unique independent panel design enabled the
complex steel design to be accomplished with vertical steel
placed during assembly instead of afterwards.

We are pleased to announce the successful design and production of our new IntegraSpec®5" spacer/web
5 inch Spacer / Web
According to Mr. Michel Philippe, President,IntegraSpec® ICF,
“This new product is the direct result of requests from the field.”
Up until now, when competing against 10" concrete masonry units in the commercial market, ICF installers ran into problems with standardized components already designed into the project using the 10” CMU. Now with the combination of 2 IntegraSpec® panels and a 5" spacer/web the same width is available as a 10" CMU alleviating any conflicts. Check out the

Also, with the introduction of an “odd” number spacer/web size, we now have the ability to offer non-even sized concrete core thicknesses when combined with our patented “H” clip

IntegraSpec®introduces a video of the Manoir Galleon located at 162 Murray Street, Ottawa, ON.
The video shows concrete placement in an ICF wall of a 6 story commercial building using a combination of
versatile applications such as ECF (Exposed Concrete Face) for the
elevator shaft only attainable with IntegraSpec®. It then shows the placement of hollow core slab on top of the IntegraSpec® walls providing the extreme accuracy that most conventional systems find difficult to accomplish.
