100,000 sq.ft. hotel situated just off a busy Interstate. Building features 6" IntegraSpec^® exterior walls and 5" IntegraSpec^® interior demising walls which easily replace 10" masonry units. Walls were completed in a much faster time period than conventional concrete masonry units as originally specified in the drawings.

Vestal Elks Club - Binghamton, NY

This private meeting facility was built using 6" IntegraSpec^® walls around the full exterior of the building as well as the walk-in refrigerator. Members volunteered thier time to assist with the assemby of the walls to help reduce costs. The club was presented with an award by the Earth Preservers of Broome County, NY for signifigantly reducing carbon and emmisions consuming approx. 1/3 less energy.

Pinegrove Church - Joyceville, ON

10,000 sq.ft. design build meeting facility was constructed using 8" IntegraSpec^® walls around full exterior with a very unique baptismal basin also constructed using IntegraSpec^® ICF. Walls range from 12' to 36' at the highest point of the gables and support a clear span scissor truss roof system over 66' wide.

Mountain View Resort - Sunapee, NM

69,000 sq.ft. resort features 8" and 10" IntegraSpec^® walls to accomodate high backfill heights. 6" and 8" IntegraSpec^® walls were used above grade for demising and exterior walls. The ICF walls were able to meet the high demands of the site requirements and was chosen to control future operating costs.
